ROSA’S RANCH AT FORT MCDOWELL ADVENTURES UNDERGOES STRUCTURAL RENOVATION

New expanded roof accommodates larger groups and allows unobstructed mountain views

FORT McDOWELL, Ariz. – Jan. 7, 2020 – To offer more guests an unparalleled desert dining and entertainment experience, Rosa’s Ranch – an intimate outdoor venue at Fort McDowell Adventures – recently underwent a significant structural upgrade.

The previous L-shaped overhand that obscured the view of the surrounding desert vistas was replaced with a 30-foot by 80-foot corrugated steel roof with LED Edison vintage lighting and fans that stretches from the cantina to the bar area.  Having additional protection from the elements will allow the venue to host up to 400 guests for cowboy cookouts, live entertainment and Wild West activities.

“Rosa’s Ranch is such a popular site for small corporate groups, weddings, family reunions and parties that we’re thrilled to be able to offer our guests an even more authentic and comfortable desert experience,” said Kristina Frus, national sales manager for Fort McDowell Adventures.  “In addition to our dining tables, we’ve got a wood-burning kiva, a large firepit seating area, and three additional fire pits in the dining area, so now they can enjoy unparalleled views of the Sonoran Desert and Superstition Mountains while enjoying a delicious BBQ or sipping on one of our signature Prickly Pear Margaritas.”
